What is Report and Its Importances?

Report is an object of MS-Access which is an effective way of presenting the data in monitor as soft-copy or printed format as hard copy.

Importance of report:

1. It compares, summarizes and subtotals set of data.
2. It can be created to produce attractive invoices, mailing and labels.

Report can be created by:

1. Using report wizard
2. Using design view
